Not good: yellow cab app much better

This the app taxi app is not good. The yellow cab in the app app is much better. In yellow cab you get notifications and you can follow your cab... this one just gives you nothing and no updates or notification. Nearly missed a plane once even with advanced booking 😲

It's bad. We were picked up the first time we used the app. The second time we waited 30 minutes before giving up because the app didn't book us a car. Uber/Lyft are badly needed in the app. There is obviously more demand than Taxi drivers can handle.
