  • Profile picture is now looking weird

    By Lonleygiril15 (Pcmac user)

This app is honestly great as well as the message version of it but when I had got this I changed my profile picture to somthing I had on my phone and it was really nice but now whenever I want to change it and I select a photo it looks pixilated unless you zoom in and this never happens befor. So ever since then I haven’t changed my profile pic in fear that it will be pixelized and look weird to others saying it. Although the original picture stay perfectly fine the visual once you select one to change your profile picture come out as I explained previously
  • Apps are missing something

    By a9chubbs (Pcmac user)

PS apps are great but there’s one thing that’s missing that would not be difficult to add to one of the many apps they have. The one reason I wanted to download the app was so I could share a video I recorded while playing Rocket League the night before. We need an app for sharing our Media Library! After downloading I was impressed with everything else the apps were capable of but disappointed it was missing something seemingly simple. Looking forward to this!
  • Can’t sign in

    By SHAD0WM0NSTER (Pcmac user)

When I finished downloading the app I clicked the sign in button, however a white screen came up and disappeared. It has been doing that several times. I went online to find a solution and it says to restart the phone. After I did that I clicked the sign in button and the white screen came up and stayed longer than expected, it had the loading circle and the X bottom. After waiting a few minutes I tapped the screen and the white screen disappeared. When I clicked the sign in button again the white screen did the same exact thing when I downloaded it: popping up and going away. I don’t know if my phone is causing this or it’s the app, but right now I’m kinda frustrated.
  • Great, but The Existence of it is Unnecessary

    By Mr_Draco (Pcmac user)

While it’s great that we can easily check our messages without using our consoles, I just find it ridiculous that it’s separate from the main PSN App. Why is it separate? I don’t want to tap into a whole new app just to check my messages. Whoever thought the idea of making them separate clearly ignored what could be convenient for the user or, at the very least, knows how obnoxious it is to have basic features separate from a main platform. That’s like having a speaker with the power, mute, and bluetooth on its top to easily click on- but you can’t set the volume without a remote because its separate.
