Great concept

My grandmother just received her first “issue” and she loves it. She loves seeing pictures and I thought this would be a great thing she can look back on however many times she wants. And at 95 years old to get mail is super exciting! The negative I would say is the picture quality seems to be darkened a bit when it is printed. Also the front cover has a few pictures on it and some are cropped. If there was a way to arrange those it would be awesome! Otherwise the idea of the monthly pictures is awesome.

I don’t write reviews, but this has been the best, most convenient, thing ever. My 92 year old grandmother lives 2000 miles away and doesn’t do much on social media. I started sending her these books in December and she has raved over them every month. My dad tells me she has them all displayed on her coffee table for guests to look through when they come over. It’s really kept her in the loop with her great grand babies and is so much easier than printing and sending loose pictures through the mail plus I get to add descriptions. Fantastic idea and I’m so happy I found it.

Overall, the product is great! My grandma is thrilled and loving her journals each month! The website and app have a few glitches but they are getting worked out. Only thing I’d say is it’s confusing on when you can’t upload anymore photos. I uploaded photos on the last day of the month because the app was still allowing me to add photos but those did not end up in my grandmas journal. Add all your photos and captions Before the last day of the month The books are gorgeous!
Bug ruined my album - never fixed prob

I contacted customer service about my May album not being able to have pictures added to it 8 days before the deadline. They replied that I needed to try updating the app. I did. Still didn’t work. Then I responded again and they replied I could try using my desktop. Still didn’t work. I tried every day and up until an hour before the deadline. They stopped responding to my requests for help and for a refund for my May album. I never did get the final 25 or so pictures into my May album, so that was ruined, and I just got charged for June’s album. This company has too many issues and needs to work out their bugs when offering a product that has a definitive deadline.
