I was concerned by the reviews and some people not having it work. But I saw the reviews were pretty old and so I tried it anyway. Glad I did. I was able to access everything i wanted HOWEVER, several times I had to back out of a room (on the app) and re-enter to get the audio to play.

Downloaded this instead of getting he media guide and was not disappointed. Using the app let’s you skip the media guide queue which can build up!

I downloaded the app the night before our visit. Once at the app Real, the video guides would not play. They do not have wifi at the Palace, which made connecting more difficult. Basically, I lost my money buying this app. Back at home some videos would play without sound.

Before my trip to Madrid, I paid for the app, and downlodied the audio from the app.. When I arrived at the Placio Real, the app did not work! I had to pay for the audo tour at the palace and did not use the app. I would like a refund for the app because it did not work.
