  • Almost perfect

This is the best app I've found for this purpose and it's what I'm using now. It's highly configurable so if you put the time in you can track what you need how you need it. You really must take the time to configure this app. There's a lot I like, like the ease of data entry, and on the whole I like this app and will stick with it I think. Even so, it's more suited to tracking occasional problems than chronic daily conditions, and the whole app is really thought out from that perspective. Some minor qualms: I had to set an alarm to remind me to enter the data every day. why not have a notification built in? Notifications make more sense for this so you can dismiss them when done. (I do t always want to enter the data right when the alarm goes off). Some other apps use motion data to guess your sleep time, and then send you a notification when you wake up to remind you to confirm it. With this app it's all manual. The output is either limited or I haven't figured it out yet. I can't figure out how to graph anything other than pain level and even that's confusing. I would also like to be able to output a CSV of all daily data to make the app own charts, but that doesn't seem possible.
  • Searched so long for this

Update: I use this app extensively to track medical issues, it's the only one I've found that can actually track everything I need, the ultimate app. But, the reporting, is very limited, I really have symptoms other than pain I need to see at glance. If it's not pain, it can't be charted, makes it hard to put so much effort into tracking everything, to not be able to chart or report certain data. Like temperature, blood sugar, weight, overall fatigue. At first, well worth the money, but when it comes time to see what you need, it's severely lacking, which is the reason for the drop to 3 stars. I have sent messages to the creator and it may build in better reporting in the future, I would wait for that, if you're going to spend the money. Original: I have many rare medical conditions that until now I had to use multiple apps to track everything for the app multiple doctors. There was no way to pull a single report for all of the app symptoms in the various apps. AND it associates the app symptoms with the weather, I'm finally get a handle on what's happening. I would give this 10 stars if I could, and I've recommended the app to the app Mayo Clinic Drs. LOVING IT!!!
  • Best money I've ever spent on an app

Before I purchased this app, I was constantly trying to remember when I took the app last dose of pain medicine so I wouldn't take it again before it was time. You may not walk around with a notebook in your hand to keep up with writing it down, but you have your phone if you are like most people. To set it up, simply customize the medications and dosages. After that, it takes a couple of seconds to log your medicine when you take it. Extremely user friendly! It also has a place to keep up with events of the day if you would like to log an important event, or anything you would like to add as a note. I've used it to log the days I've had epidural pain blocks, which has helped me decide if they are worth repeating by looking at the app history. Other functions that I haven't used ( but should) are the pain level and graphing options. I've been using this for at least four months and it has been a lifesaver! Thank you to the developers! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  • Awesome App that Can Track Everything!

    By Blueeyes0602 (Pcmac user)

This app is fantastic- almost perfect. I tried several others before this one, but they were all missing things I needed. Plus other apps only track one health problem. I love that I can track multiple health conditions in the same app, and completely customize everything. It's quick and simple to use, or it can be as detailed as you want it to be. You can run reports for your doctor with any associated notes, and you can have private notes you don't want to show up in the report. This was obviously created by someone with chronic health issues who knows exactly what people like us need. There are several training videos that are very helpful. You do have to spend some time customizing it for your needs but once you do that it's easy to use. Reporting function is pretty basic. A few app tweaks would be nice, like copying data from previous days. Overall I absolutely love this and think it's definitely worth the few dollars!
