The best iPhone game, the worst ad timing.

I have played countless iPhone games exactly like this and gotten sick of their simplicity or lack of things to do after awhile. This game covers everything one could want in a little game on your phone. I have completely fallen in love with this game and I would love to play it more, but I can’t. Every 30-45 seconds I get the same ad forced to pop up on the screen. Once this stops, the longest amount of play time I have gotten before another ad is 2 minutes. This is especially frustrating when you’re trying to get something done, you’re getting really into the game, or trying to show off the game to friends. I am someone who will always choose to watch an ad when given the choice. I like to get a little boost, and I love to support developers that make great games. I wish with all my heart that they simply did not force you to watch ads, given that there are so many ways the game allows you to choose to watch an ad to help you get ahead. I understand this beautiful, intricate game was not free and those who worked hard on it deserve to make their profits- but for those of us that would gladly spend money on this game and regularly watch ads daily I would love to be given an option to perhaps pay a fee to make it so forced ads never pop up again. Until then, I can’t bring myself to spend real money on this game even though I want to.
NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS

when I first bought this game, I absolutely loved it. I literally couldn’t put this game down, I’ve never enjoyed a game as much as this one. That is, until I noticed some flaws. It started off with the game not remembering me doing certain things, like buying a bank or a factory, which I blew off and figured that wouldn’t happen again. Well now, it’s getting worse. When I finally reach my 24 hour wait period for getting a new building, it totally resets so I have to wait ALL over again! This is super annoying. Another big flaw is that when you try and watch ads, it doesn’t even let you watch them. It just thinks for a second then doesn’t even load the ad so I can’t even open crates or spin the wheel. Also, the amount of coins this game gives is ridiculous, I can only afford a fire station or police station atleast once a day. I get you guys want us to spend our own hard earned money on cash in this game but I’d atleast appreciate it if we atleast got enough cash to enjoy this game without having to spend real money on it, super unfair to the people who can’t be spending money. Lastly, for the last day or so everytime I try and go into the game, it tells me I have no service when my wifi is perfectly fine and my boyfriend is dealing with the same exact thing. Overall this game has so much potential but you guys need to make some major changes if you want this app to be on the top charts for games.
Fun but needs to be more bearable for a f2p

I was super addicted to this game at first, but after time I got annoyed at a few things. One, a few times when an ad popped up the game would crash, and I would log back in and realize a few changes and upgrades I had made in the past few minutes weren’t saved, but the resources used for those changes never came back. The second reason, and ultimately why I deleted the game was that as a f2p, the income of coins I got was simply too little for the amount I needed to build police stations, fire stations, sewer plantations, and all the other things needed to keep citizens happy. I found it unrealistic that a fire station was out of range even though it was only a few houses down from a building.I was forced to spend all of my money on police and fire stations(I had 6 of each for a population of 36,000) which caused a lack of money when I needed water tanks, sewer plantations, etc. which made citizens abandon their homes. To solve this problem, I would say to at least get rid of range and have a set population for each station, or make the range at least 4 or 5 times as large. Overall, there’s a lot of potential in this game to make even top 100, but they need to make a few changes that make it bearable for a f2p player, along with a few bug fixes.
Why I love this game and what they should add

This game is absolutely amazing and is a great time saver you can do exactly what the preview shows. Look game loft if you read this please make you able to make your own mayor and name him and have him live in the town hall or mayors mansion. I think it would be cool to have your own mayor and have to do challenges for him and be able to see other peoples mayors in other towns when you visit and have the player be if there mayor wants to be commerce sustainability etc. and be able to friend people and if you can then someone please tell me how. Anyone these aren’t complaints there just ideas to further update the game. Again this is my favorite mobile game and that’s all.
