Truth about the app

The developers and moderators of this app are lack of customer service and professionalism. The app requires you to pay in order to connect with someone, nothing is free besides the registration and uploading photos. Ohhh picture uploading process is another headache. Moderators are not really able to distinguish fake and real photos. My personal photos which are acceptable in many social and dating apps were rejected. The reasons were “the photo is from internet” , “photo is not acceptable” . FYI the photos had good quality, my face was clear, and of course it has not any inappropriate content. Just regular selfies have not been validated by moderators. Very poor professionalism, poor organization and poor customer service. Don’t waste your time on the app which is created to earn money on you. I am sure the bully developer will now reject all the TRUTH about their app as they did with previous comment calling users lier.
Apple should not let this kind of app even exist if they are not able to manage the app and communication with the users properly.

The idea of the applications was genius, however, the application needs better customer service to keep on being a profitable application. Moreover, I was going through reviews and the way that customers got responded was so rude. In the business world, you never blame your customers as liers and I was really shocked when I saw the developers answer to one customer which said: ”don’t lie”. Such responds convey one message that the person behind the application doesn't have enough patience and respect to help the customers and offer them a life long value.

This app great if you’re the type of person who enjoys arguing with retail employees. It has no free option. You must pay a minimum of $13 to even send requests. No matchmaking. Mod rejects completely normal photos based on “his own opinion”. Customer support is basically just some guy telling you to go to hell. Argues with customers instead of providing BASIC app support. He probably got family members to leave 5 star reviews. Just save your time and money and use a real dating app.

Very annoyed with this app due to not being able to log in with certain photos even if it is a real photo. The app should have been made to make it easier for Armenian singles to find their mate but instead it’s a headache. It should be up to people whether they want to post their pciture or not. The whole point should be giving an opportunity to Armenian singles to conmect with one another. It would be appreeciated if you could consider this.
