I fond a way to feel better

I have Anxiety and I’m running my own business. My Doctor keep talking about the app as a solution to help me to calm it down. I look on the internet and saw in FaceBook Maude’s ads about her application. I dowloaded it ans what a great surprise! A beautiful and powerful voice, I was a bite surprise at 1st but than her guidance was an amazing experience. The background sound of the music is soft and relaxing. I’m using this app every day. The great thing is you paye for 1 month and can use it as many times as you want. This is rare most application are automatic monthly subscription. I paye for what use. I love it.

I wanted to recover a good quality of sleep

I have found this app to be professionally done and very calming. This app provides many sessions. There is nothing gimmicky about the sessions. Her voice is calm, confident, soft and reassuring. After a few sessions I felt the quality of my sleep getting better It's not magic. It's practice you need to listen to it a few times. Now I take the time to listen to Maude’s audios, because they make me feel good and I can just let it go.

It has been a long time since last time a got help trough a worth app and go ahead this app does soemething, Maude’s voice his different .

Losing weight it’s done !

Diet, counting what I’m eating was just not for me. Being lazy I said to myself « let’s just try to see what happens it could work », and it did! My chocolat addiction just faded away, I was not even thinking about it (it was almost obsessive). I trop 14 pounds in a few weeks and I’m delighted to wear back my jeans !
