Same thing as BRC

I downloaded the app thinking that because I was already paying for a BRC membership I would have access to the app included. Nope, it’s a separate fee for the exact same videos. Can’t figure out how to get to my account settings and cancel my app subscription, either. If all you want it access to the videos on your phone I’d say just get the BRC membership and access the videos through Safari. I’m very frustrated trying to cancel this subscription.

Quite disappointed

I got a membership through this app and was only able to use it one time. After that it said my Payment didn’t go through so it denied me access. After that I saw my iTunes account had a change from that app and when I contacted BRC through email they said this was a different membership and that they didn’t know how I could contact the app to get this resolved.
I am very disappointed because at this point I feel like I paid $20 with no product in return

AWFUL AWFUL!!

Do not buy this app. They will only take your money. Apparently this isn’t “BRC.” I told them to cancel my membership back in February 2018 and WAS TOLD IT WAS CANCELED. Just figured out that I have been charged for 5 months now ($100) of MY hard earned money and wasn’t even getting any use out of it thinking my membership was canceled the whole time!! They won’t refund my money!! Awful management and service and if this is how Fallon Taylor rolls, she has officially lost a fan. But I’m sure she doesn’t even care because she’s profiting.

I am having the same problem as same thing as BRC and it is so frustrating is there anyway you guys could fix it because it doesn’t seem like it is something with the phone more than it is the app
