Simple, addicting, intrusive

The game starts off really fun, it’s very mindless and you make quick progress. It does ramp up in cost pretty quick though and takes some of the enjoyment out of this game. On top of that there’s really not much to do other than upgrade cars.
Even a simple story race mode could go a long way.
The worst part of this game however are the incredibly frequent and intrusive ads. The game itself doesn’t have sound (which is strange to me) and randomly these ads will pop up, and unlike most pop up ads you have to wait 5 seconds to close them. Sometimes the whole 30. Now I realize developers of free games will implement ads in order to make revenue from this type of free game, which I have no problem with if I’m choosing when to view the ads (for a boost, etc.) or they aren’t frequent, but I feel like Im getting ads just as much I’m playing the game. Also on top of the annoying pop up ads there are also banner ads. It feels like the devs made a mediocre game that has potential and then they are just milking the user base.

Fun game but the Ads are Unacceptable

I really really liked this game; it’s very fun and addicting. But I had to delete it because of the ads. You’ll quickly realize that roughly every other time you open the menu, an add plays automatically. Adds play automatically at other points at well. While it is extremely annoying to have ads interrupt you unprompted a couple times every minute, it would definitely be tolerable if you could mute them. I’ve tried everything, turning off my ringer, adjusting (muting) the volume within the game, attempting to adjust the volume in the settings app, but none of it works. Adds will still play at random moments, blaring at full volume. The only thing you can do to stop it is to actually mute your entire phone. It’s insane to me that an app with such a fun premise has such a glaringly obvious flaw but because of this, I had to delete it. Hopefully someday they will resolve this issue, but until then, be warned.

False rewards

The the app store occasionally offers a free the app for agreeing to watch an ad, but in version 1.7, the free the app is not awarded as promised. It might be an honest mistake, but if the developer doesn’t want their rating to plummet dramatically, it’s in their best interest to fix it. On top of that, the app will randomly force the user to watch an ad for a minimum of five seconds with each attempt to reopen the the app store. It effectively distracts the mind at a time when it is extremely important not to — when the user has a problem, a solution and a plan, and is actively engaged in execution of that plan. The unexpected interruption causes the user to forget what he was doing. So the user closes the store to remind himself what he was in the middle of. Once he remembers and returns to the store, guess what, here comes another 5-second minimum ad.

Sketchy adds... AVOID!

Decent little game. The premise is simple and decently implemented, though touch accuracy leaves something to be desired, and when tapping is how you interact with the SW that isn’t something you should skimp on.
My biggest issue with this game is the adds, don’t get me wrong it’s free and I get that they want you to put out the 3$ for add free, but this one isn’t worth 3$... maybe 1$, but not 3$. The adds are truly RELENTLESS! I have never seen any free app with adds push them as hard as these guys have, anytime you want to do something you run about a 50% chance to get an add. I’ve gotten up to 5 adds in a row before trying to get into the menus.
And the biggest issue with the adds? The fact that the game will run a pop up add into safari to a website a 5 year old wouldn’t trust. A pop up that takes me OUT of the app ON ITS OWN, without me even touching the screen is 100% absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!
