Good game but...

This is a good mind numbing game to play when you don’t really want to think a whole lot. Basic concepts as seen in other matching games. Neat story line. However, some levels you need to use the bombs and such in order to pass them. There’s no way to advance to the next level if you don’t have bombs and such. Also, I have an iPhone XMax. There’s no home button on this phone. This makes exiting the game a pain. I’ve gotta swipe to my notifications, a few times because the game running confuses the device, tap a notification from another app to open it, then swipe from the bottom left to bring up all open apps, find the game and swipe up. I’ve contacted the developers bringing this issue to their attention to which I receive a reply that has nothing to do with my support tickets. Then they close the support ticket. Wanna know my recommendation? In the menu add an “exit app” option. Hasn’t been done yet.
Like a lot

I just started playing. When I first saw this game in an advertisement, I thought I would like it and I do. I like the storylines and so far the characters I’s seen. Colors are OK, but could be some brighter and a a bit more vivid. All in all, I think I’ll enjoy playing. The only issue would be is if things cost “real life” which some players are unable to afford (like me who is on a limited monthly disability income or it could be a child with an allowance or whatever reason).
Rather Difficult

I have played a number of these types of games and I would have to say that this one is rather difficult. Based on the “randomized” pattern that you are given it takes way too long to get past a level. Unless I “buy” power ups I’m stuck on a level for sometimes a week because I literally have no moves that I can make to progress me. And no, I don’t wish to spend hard earned cash on a petty game in order to get farther. Also, a lot of the times I will move a piece to the left and the game totally throws it off and loves the piece to the right instead, causing me at times to lose the whole level. I think you guys are focused more on making money than people rather having fun with the game. It shouldn’t take this long to progress “3%” on a certain task. I guess I can move on to other game manufacturers who are more focused on the customer having fun than making a quick buck.
Like the game but...

As I said in the title I like the game but.... I am actually more interested in building the the app. I like that you give options. But I don’t like that the only way to build is by playing a matching game. Would rather send my girl to work to earn money than the games. This may sound stupid to most. But I play other matching games. I started this game to do something different. Sorry there is just nothing you could do to change my mind. I did not come to this game looking for a matching game. Side note: you need a frequently asked question section. I have IDs for friends but no clue how to use the ID numbers to add friends. Still just a matching game.
