Complete let-down

I had very high hopes for this app. My internet connection at home is pretty decent most of the time, but occasionally it gets bogged down, which is why I paid for subscription for this app, hoping that it can help with my internet connection when playing games with servers in mainland China. Well, in terms of smoothing my internet connection, it does what it’s supposed to do pretty well. I don’t have a complaint. However, when I tried to log in on my PC the second time, it keeps telling me that I have two devices connected. The reality is that I’ve disconnected the this app app on my iPhone already, but it just won’t let me connect. Such a disappointment. Also, I initially paid for an week of subscription on my PC for about $4 through PayPal. My bank account was already charged, but it never gave me the subscription! I had to go to iTunes store instead to get a subscription! Absurd!!
