- The app now allows for video playback, although not as fast as it used to be.

- The app has a resume video and download feature.

☹ Cons:

- Videos still do not load as fast as they used to.

- Videos cannot be played with the phone locked, which is inconvenient.

- Navigation within the app can be difficult, as clicking on the home icon does not always take the user back to the previous video.

- The app does not have background playback or the ability to download videos, only audio.

- The download feature requires the phone screen to be on in order to listen to audio versions of lectures/lessons.

Need background refresh

The content on this app is amazing. However, the app needs some work. I was hoping with this new app that the old issues people complained about would’ve been taken into consideration but the fact that we can’t play videos off this app with our phone locked is really inconvenient. That and when I click on a particular video, then click on a different part of the menu, click back on the home icon to take me to the video I was at, it doesn’t. I have to navigate back to it. Pleeeeeeeeease fix these issues!

The content in this app is unmatched, with this update two issues were solved, resume video and download but another one we think needs to be added is Background playback, and the ability to download something in video format, not just audio. Took two stars out for these two issues. Please fix them ASAP. Thank you!
