They will steal your money

I had installed the game and started playing for one day and was enjoying it and decided to spend $21 for vip and whatnot. And was initially happy with what I got. My phone decided to take a crap and the battery kinda exploded( it was and older phone and was getting over heated constantly) two days later, at which point the three day rush in game to get to level 200 and accomplish a couple other things during the first three days after a new server opens (Which is basically every day), I get a new phone to replace the old one. I had made a guest account on the old one and since my phone died i couldn’t access my old account in the app because I didn’t have the info. I start a new account and link it to my email immediately, contact customer service and after several hours they refuse to credit my purchases onto my current account. Even after I verified the information as being the one who had the account and made the purchases. They also refused to refund the purchases. TLDR; don’t spend any money on this game, they are ungrateful and don’t deserve the money!!!
I want a Refund NOW.

I have been playing this game for more than a month now. It was promising at first and I got all my friends to play it with me. One of the issues for me is that this game’s item drops are way TOO LOW. It pushes you to really spend a lot just to power up in this game. I reached out to the GM but they said to try again and better luck next time. Yes sure, I did end up spending. But my BIGGEST CONCERN is that this game ALWAYS CRASHES. I would pay diamonds(money) to either enter Solo boss, netherlands and the dungeon. The game would constantly crash, i lose my drops and my chance in entering thus i wasted my diamonds. Theres was also a time when i tried to recharge $20. The game LAGS BIG TIME. It didnt give me confirmation that the purchase went through. I tried to recharge again the second time because I thought it didnt go through. This game ended up charging my account multiple times!!!! I want a refund. This game is a crook and a total scam. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Didn’t help me fix problems when game developer was fixing stuff I lost couple chances to do solo boss. Very money driven game, no matter how much time you put you won’t get stronger. Drop rates are super low, everything is decided by amount of money you spend on game to be able to access some boss raiding. If you wanna play this game make sure you got two jobs, or else you can’t never be able to play fair with other players. And don’t forget they won’t help you if you have a problem. Also if you talk to the customer service they don’t know what they are dealing with, can’t even fix a simple problems like they never play this game. Good luck for future players. Also I wasn’t the only one had this problems but they still decided not to do anything about it.

This game is a gem! Way better than a lot of the idle games I have played in the past, adventure mode like sceneries, plenty of raid bosses to kill for loot, automatic system so you can multi task. I love these kinds of games. Please people show some love. And if a developer reads this thank you for making this game! I do wish it was easier joining a league ( which I assume is a guild or clan) because I haven’t had any luck yet. Hope to see more updates and only to get better from here! Happy Raiding! If your a idle player please give this game a shot.
