Love the game, however, some times when watching an ad, my screen just goes black, and will NOT, no matter how much I try, it won’t go to anything but the black screen. How does one fix this issue? If there isn’t a fix for this problem, what do I do to possibly bypass this, other than spending money to do so.

The game is great, quite fun. I paid for no ads and paying didn’t stop ads, which is unfair. At first I just put up with it because the ads were harmless ads for other games. All of a sudden ads for the National Rifle Association, a terrorist group responsible for advocating for weapons have started popping up. This is totally shocking and completely inappropriate. If they come up more, I’ll have to stop playing, which would be a shame because I’m on level 250. Maybe there’s some kind of algorithm that’s choosing random ads and it doesn’t actually represent the views of the developer, but they should still take MUCH better care to ensure that people who just want a wholesome and pleasant little ball game don’t have to be faced with that kind of violence.

This is a fun game I’ve spent way too much time playing — I’m on level 405! But... I purchased the paid version some time ago, and still have random ads that pop up. Some ad videos are required to watch to get bonuses, which is fine, but many times they randomly pop up and give no bonus—so I have to watch another ad or it just takes the bonus away... SO annoying. Also the app crashes needlessly. I am losing interest quickly as the levels progress... it’s just too much to deal with.

Grate game ad’s freeze the screen to where u have to close out the app and restart it u pay $2.99 for ad free and it’s just a scam they still give u ad’s u email customer support and get nothing back the main problems r the video ad’s freeze game and they won’t fix it and they steel ur money and don’t give u what u paid for and there customer support is trash be smart pass until they fix there app just did an update to the app and didn’t even address the video ad’s freezing the screen and forcing customers to have to constantly close the app
