Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Flavortown"
The search will reveal the Flavortown app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Flavortown is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Flavortown.
Now enjoy Flavortown on PC.

I like the idea and despite the host I like the show, but it seems like the app only works if you know a zipcode of a featured restaurant. I would think showing (a) restaurant(s) "x" amount of miles from a particular location would be a pretty standard feature. Without that capability, the app is all but useless.
