1. Your Taxbot subscription will automatically renew each month for $9.99 or annually for $99.99 and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account.

2. *Note: Because trip tracking uses the GPS in your phone we recommend plugging your phone in while driving to help with battery usage.

3. While driving, Taxbot will use battery equivalent to other navigation or GPS enabled apps.

4. Taxbot Takes Over -- The app reads the receipts using OCR (optical character recognition).

Download and install the Taxbot® app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Taxbot on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Taxbot"
The search will reveal the Taxbot® app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Taxbot is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Taxbot.
Now enjoy Taxbot on PC.

How to download and use Taxbot App on Windows 11

To get Taxbot on Windows 11, check if there's a native Taxbot Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing Taxbot:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Taxbot" » Click "Install" to install Taxbot®
- Taxbot® will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Works great, but needs a few enhancements

Overall the app does its job. However, I have a small business so I don’t always need my mileage tracked only to select personal. When I know I have a business trip coming up I turn on the track mileage option. Problem is that it will track my trip from where I turned off the tracking not from where I turned it off so my trips are inaccurate at this point. Maybe the app can learn common trips and they can be marked as personal automatically without having to do it each time this way someone like me who is working full time and building a biz on the side doesn’t have to turn off mileage tracking. Also, the only way to mark a trip as round trip is after it’s classified then you have to edit it. We should be able to select round trip from the unclassified screen without having to do extra work. These would make the app a lot more efficient. Please consider the enhancements.

Really Enjoy this app!!!! Incredibly easy to use, yet a sophisticated program that truly tracks all my expenses. In addition I really enjoy the periodic emails I receive from them with “How Tos”, new product release updates and general small business tax updates. One request, like the expense classification where you can include a photo of receipts, I wish this same functionality was readily available in the income section. I would like to include photos of deposit receipts and other related income receipts. Other than this one Christmas wish...... I’m giving it a 5 Star Review in hope that my wish comes true! Overall - Awesome product!!
Taxbot Rocks

I was using Quicken for Small Business... I like this app better because it allows you to customize your expense categories into categories that make sense for your business... The maps for the mileage tracking are better and I love the way that the mileage tracker reads your calendar and automatically writes in where you went on the trip.... I am just getting started and I’m sure they’ll find much more that I love about tax bot...,
Has a Major Bug- Exorbitant Cellular Data

The app has a bug. Do Not Download and use for automatic trip tracking! Even with cellular data turned off in settings for this app, it will chew up a Ton of Cellular Data against your Data rate plan. In one 4 mile drive, with auto trip tracking on, it used approx 36MB of Cellular Data...and that is with the Cellular Data option turned off for this app. It has a bug that the developers can’t figure out how to fix. The bug came along with an update several months ago. I’ve had this app for many years and it never used to be a problem. I’ve communicated with their tech support Multiple Times...they haven’t fixed it after months of the issue. Do Not Use!!
