Download and install the Socrative Student app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Socrative Student on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Socrative Student"
- The search will reveal the Socrative Student app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Socrative Student is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Socrative Student.
- Now enjoy Socrative Student on PC.

To get Socrative Student on Windows 11, check if there's a native Socrative Student Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Socrative Student:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Socrative Student" » Click "Install" to install Socrative Student
- Socrative Student will now be available on your windows start-menu.

THIS APP WORKS GREAT!!!

People who are using this app and leaving reviews are using it wrong. My history teacher uses this for quizzes during class. They give you a room number and you type it in. They set up a quiz and you automatically get sent to it after you type in your name. Please understand how the app works before writing reviews on it. It works just how it's suppose to. It is not Quizlet or anything like that. This is for school purposes only for your teacher when they want to give a quiz and quickly grade it!

My teacher (high school economics) uses the app everyday! It's the first thing we do when we get in his room. We complete a 5 question "quiz" on the app. Usually later in the hour he'll put 20-30 questions reviews on the app. Teachers-this is a GREAT resource, it's helped me score higher on tests. A great feature is also "space race" tons of fun!

The the app app is great! I'm a college student and have been impressed at how well it aids my professor in the learning process. This past semester, it was used in class to gauge how well the students were understanding Chemistry concepts. We answered multiple choice questions for practice problems. The way my professor used the app worked very well, and I would highly recommend it.

I’ve seen a few reviews on here saying that “you can’t see the questions you missed” (You can actually, it’s the Teachers choice), or “it just makes more work” Seriously Guys? If it wasn’t a the app test, it would be a paper test, and I prefer it on technology, so... Deal with it
