Crappy app

The articles are interesting but the app is an exercise in frustration. I signed up last August for six issues. I have only received five issues but got automatically renewed and billed for another six issues. If you click on the app, you have to log in each time to access your previous issues and/or see if the new issue has arrived. Doesn’t seem to be an option for auto download.

Ever issue it fails to Allow access to the most recent . I always go through a password reset. Poor " the app mind" app writing. How ironic. Will likely stop subscribing. This is where I would most certainly imagine that app developers and administrators and marketers for such journals would surely be able to conclude that this is not technology applied . Why not beta test? Why not fix this... this is a common problem among my colleagues who also subscribe. Revealing of editor/publisher- marketing sales disconnect. Glad it's not an operating room or space station mission!
Very convenient

I had forgotten I had a subscription but was able to log on and download my issues. This app makes it easy to read what I want and being electronic I can look up what I don't understand. Once I knew how to get at the main menu, it was easy to skip around different articles and issues.

I paid for the subscription, that includes past issues, but only latest issue is available.
