Download and install the Shell Recharge app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Terrible app and customer service

I’m forced to use Greenlots because it’s the 3rd party Portland General Electric choose to partner with for there chargers around town. PGE has the best program with unlimited charging for a flat monthly fee. If only they would contacted with a company that knows how to build a mobile app. App looks like they designed in 5 versions of iOS ago and have never updated it. I constantly get errors when trying to use the map to find stations. Some account management features are only available in the web version not in the mobile app. If you want to use NFC to activate charging your required to purchase a plastic card for 5.00 (mine won’t work and they cannot figure out why). How come Greenlots is not just using the iPhones built in NFC and Apple wallet feature like the other charging networks, no 5.00 card fee!!

I used $4.58 of electricity, thought I would be charged as the receipt. WRONG! I was charged $60 instead. I called the Greenlot outsourced customer service in Canada, they told me “in order to ensure sufficient amount to cover the bill, Greenlot charges the maximum amount that they can on the customer credit card and refunds the remainder back later”. What kind of practice is this? It was also a hassle to find trace the customer service number on google, they could just have include it in the app. The customer service was kind, comforting me by saying be rest assured because this happens all other customers too.... I will be deleting this app as I complete this review.
Errors

I keep getting this error “One or more parameters are incorrect (bad request)”. Also, an error sometimes appears when tapping details for a charging station. If you tap a second time, it shows you the details.
Whoa! What a scam! Should be removed.

Was traveling and found a charger that only used this service so I downloaded the app, followed the instructions and began charging. The charge stopped right away and didn’t work again so I tried a different charger that worked fine. Then I got a notice from my bank that they tried charging me $60 twice! That was for about 4kwh of energy! What a bargain! So I’m obviously deleting the app. I don’t know how this company is still in business but I reported it to the bank and Apple for their fraudulent nonsense.
