Bad service.. Buy somewhere else

Don’t bother ordering from them cause you might not receive the items at all or they’ll cancel your order without even putting the effort to contact you. They don’t deliver the order in the allotted time slot and will not even inform you about the delay. Being an Indian I was still okay with them being late and following indian Standard time but what irritated me even more was that they were supposed to deliver the items between 10 AM -12PM.. They finally called me at 1.12 PM which unfortunately I missed and at 1.13 PM(WITHIN 1 minute) they sent me an email that the order has been cancelled cause I did not pick the call. I wait for 1 hour 12 minutes and they did not even bother to at least put minimal effort to reach me. Order at your own risk if you can wait for their call without taking even 1 minute off. Any other important thing can wait but big basket will not.
Great service but way too many notifications

Service wise, Big Basket is great and I rarely have any problems. I order groceries through here all the time. My main complaint is that there are way too many notifications and no option to only get the notifications related to my orders. Super inconvenient and annoying, please make a way for us to modify the notifications we receive :)

A few glitches with products that aren't always available but otherwise good service. Delivery guys are the face of BB --so might be good to work on their skills and appearance
Pathetic quality and service

Ordered items from big basket and when they delivered them couple of items were missing and the ones delivered were of such cheap quality specially the vegetables which were almost rotten. When called customer care of missing items they simply cancelled order for those and refunded the amount. What if I had not noticed they would simply fool customers without even notifying. Never ordering through this stupid app
