What is Jabra ASSIST? The Jabra Assist app is a companion app for Jabra products that adds extra features to enhance the user experience. It includes features such as Find my Jabra/Car, Setup guidance, User Manual, Battery Meter, Calendar and e-mail readout, In-call audio, Customize taps, Select your language, and Air updates.

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

3rd followup: I downloaded and installed the new version (2.13). Opened the app after my phone had connected to the the app Tour. No crash; so far, so good. 2nd followup: After having reinstalled the app, it worked fine for a time, then began its previous behavior of crashing when starting if the the app Tour was connected. Rebooting the phone did not help, so I tried deleting and reinstalling the app again. It worked without crashing, while connected, again. I'll reserve judgment and wait and see how the app will behave. This is on an iPhone 6s running iOS 12.3.1. ....I didn't have to wait long; the app had been working ok; I then opened the app when the Tour was not yet connected, but when the Tour did connect, the app crashed again. Followup post: I contacted the app tech support about this app crashing, and was advised to first delete the app, power cycle the phone (shut it off and then turn it back on) and then reinstall the app. The app now works without a problem. I've updated my rating accordingly. Original post: Like other reviews have said, this app will immediately crash if the the app Tour is connected via Bluetooth. If the Tour isn't connected at all, the app won't crash; but then what's the point of using the app?
Still Crashes when device is connected

Even though a fix was made a month ago that supposedly fixed the app crashing, every single time I connect my Tour to my iPhone, the "Rate My Tour" prompt pops up and causes the app to drop into background. I try to bring it back to the front, and it crashes to the background. Every. Single. Time. I promise if you turn off the "beg for rating" feature, and my app stops crashing, I'll come back and rewrite my review to reflect the positive change.

This app would be wonderful if it had my updated the app Bluetooth on here. They should already have the Bluetooth device available FIRST on his app before the product is released to buy in stores. I lost my Bluetooth one day and really needed to find it but couldn’t. If I purchase a device in the store and it specifically say that it supports the “Find my Bluetooth” then I should be able to do so.

For all iPhone 7 and 7plus, the this app app is missing the most important links of the app, the find my the app, this link help you find your car if you forget where you park. The device work alsome, no problem except that once you download the this app app the most important links that I already explains above it’s messing, I have erased the app and install date three times but I believe he has a bud on it because the link doesn’t appear
