- The app loses track records when minimized in iOS

- The app keeps signing the user out

- Complicated login process with unclear instructions

- No response from tech support

- The app gives tracker info in metric units and the map doesn’t have any streets or points of reference

- The instructions are not arranged in an order

- GPS activation has been impossible.

Useful app with a lot of shortcomings

I installed this app to monitor my TKSTAR 905 gps tracker. The app works, however it needs further development and refinements. A list of improvements suggested: - Can’t be used with two gps units simultaneously (I have bought two TKSTAR trackers and can’t track then via the app simultaneously) - Google Maps + traffic integration - A help system to teach users what each item does - Sound customization for different alarms - Ability to save the “call” number for future audio calls from the tracker Bugs: - The app loses track records when minimized in iOS. After resuming the app the previous track is deleted. - The app keeps signing the user out

Does anyone know where to get the login into from? I seriously have tried setting my device up for three hours now and I can’t get past the login part. What is a “IMEI/ID” And where would my GPS give me this info?

The set up could be much easier. I’ve e-mailed a couple of the contacts for tec support with no response yet. The app gives tracker info in metric units and the map doesn’t have any streets or points of reference.
