Download and install the FLO EV Charging app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using FLO EV Charging on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "FLO EV Charging"
- The search will reveal the FLO EV Charging app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once FLO EV Charging is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including FLO EV Charging.
- Now enjoy FLO EV Charging on PC.
- Using FLO EV Charging on Mac OS:

- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing FLO EV Charging:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "FLO EV Charging" » Click "Install" to install FLO EV Charging
- FLO EV Charging will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Not just a terrible mobile app

But it’s also a terrible service. Creating accounts via mobile is broken, adding funds is almost completely broken (you have to quit the app first if you want to add funds and even then you may have issues). Just really bottom of the barrel service across the board. I wonder if the charging stations even work to be honest.

Not worth your time.

None of the chargers are available either because they are offline or in private parking. Customer support had computer issues on the first call, and the second was completely unhelpful.

It requires a minimum of $10 balance transfer to the the app account. I’m visiting LA from Las Vegas. the app does not exist in Vegas. I’m not going to give them $10 to use $2 of electricity and then not use them again. Charging stations are all over LA. I just went somewhere else.

Wildly inferior to competitors

This app is very slow to use. Vastly inferior to ChargePoint. Terrible layout and interface. All I want is to not spend 3 mins everytime I plug my car in.
I can’t imagine a boomer ever using this app. I’m a tech nerd and it’s slow for me.
