What is GPX-Viewer?
The GPX-Viewer app allows users to import and view GPS eXchange format (GPX) files from various sources. Users can choose between Apple Maps, Google Maps, OpenStreetMaps, or a custom map tile source URL. The app also allows users to create and share charts, send waypoints to various map apps, and customize the color for waypoints, track points, routes, and tracks.
1. Import GPX files using iTunes file sharing, eMail, an URL, the pasteboard or from the Cloud (includes iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, your local device, etc).
2. GPX-Viewer views GPX files exported from many GPS devices and other apps that create GPX files.
3. - Send the waypoints to various map apps such as Apple and Google Maps.
4. - Choose Apple Maps, Google Maps, OpenStreetMaps, or a custom map tile source URL.
5. - Customize the color for waypoints, track points, routes and tracks.
6. - Hide or show the waypoints, track points, routes or tracks on the map.
7. Import and view GPS eXchange format (GPX) files.
8. - Preview the tracks for all files within a folder.
9. - Create folders to better organize your GPX files.
10. - Optionally disable screen auto-lock to keep the device from sleeping.
11. - Choose between metric, imperial, or nautical units of measurement.
