  • So many bugs and not user friendly

    By jessiebaby33 (Pcmac user)

The idea of this app is great. I like getting updates on my phone. But it has way too many bugs and is not user friendly at all. It’s constantly crashing. Shows me someone else’s login name every time I log in. And on that note, why do I have to renter my password every single time? My iPhone won’t even acknowledge that it’s a password setting to save it in my auto fill password and you can’t use face recognition to login. Update please. Getting to the labs and other folders icons is clunky and not user friendly. On the “home screen” you actually have to hit the home button to go to another screen for the carousel of other folders. It’s just clunky and not user friendly. Needs work. Seems the engineers need to run better test groups and take feedback from people that are actually using this app of the daily. I use it. But it’s a pain in the neck.
  • Great Concept, UI needs improvement

    By Jneener11 (Pcmac user)

So the content of the app is great, contact your Dr/ office, confirm/ change appointments, see your test results and even review upcoming appointments. Navigation through app is poor and not user friendly- specifically test results. If you click into one test, and then hit the back button, it redirects you to the most recent test. That’s terrible when you’re looking at tests done over a month/ 10 visits ago. You are not able to filter by test type to see your results for a specific test over time; click in to view results, click back, get bumped all the way back to the top- terrible functionality. Completed tasks still show as not done (referral source being one). Icons don’t make sense/ hard to navigate: the chat bubble at the bottom you’d think would mean contact your Dr/office but it’s the referral source (??), you have to click home, then click any/ all the icons to find the landing page that gives you the option to scroll through the icons to find the beaker for test results. Great content but User Interface needs work!
  • Overall bad app

    By Lizzi0728 (Pcmac user)

Consistently crashes and/or doesn’t load new data. It’s impossible to get any kind of notifications letting you know you have updated calendars/appointments. One time, I received a message the night before an early appointment letting me know the time had been moved. I didn’t see the message until after I was “too early” to my on-time appointment. Gee, thanks. How about a voicemail/text message? There is no reason you shouldn’t be able to “reply” to messages. If you are asked multiple questions, you’re stuck going back and forth between the messaging you’re replying to and the current message that you’re writing. Just bad. All bad.
  • Old and clunky

    By Laurenleigh3221 (Pcmac user)

Not a good app. Finding what you’re looking for is not intuitive. It seems like this is very overdue for an update - it appears aged. I like the idea of using an app to communicate with my office. However, this app is disappointing. It requires a major overhaul, but one that wouldn’t even be that difficult. I’m not sure why this hasn’t been upgraded at all. Update: incredibly frustrating that I can’t get this app to work. After logging in serval times, it freezes after every single time or crashes. I cannot communicate important information to my office today. Do not recommend unless some serious updates are made.
