Download and install the LGee : TV Remote app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using LGee on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "LGee"
- The search will reveal the LGee : TV Remote app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once LGee is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including LGee.
- Now enjoy LGee on PC.
- Using LGee on Mac OS:
Install LGee : TV Remote on your Mac using the same steps for Windows OS above.
How to download and use LGee App on Windows 11
To get LGee on Windows 11, check if there's a native LGee Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing LGee:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "LGee" » Click "Install" to install LGee : TV Remote
- LGee : TV Remote will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Great back up remote app

I found myself looking for the remote control in for sometime I couldn’t find it. I had to manually change the buttons on the TV which is fine. But the convenience of it off with being missed. I downloaded this app, and in no time I had the ability to cast YouTub I found myself looking for the remote control for sometime I couldn’t find it. I had to manually change the buttons on the TV which is fine. But the convenience of it off with being missed. I downloaded this app, and in no time I felt more control. Kudos to the developers of this app.

Finally bought the full version.

It was pesky with the adds, and load up time. But I was putting off buying the full version (just being cheap). But my batteries were dying on my remote and gave in, & it was totally worth it! The load up time was solely cause of adds, opens quicker than any app on my phone. I spend less time looking for my phone than my remote anyway and now I don't have to buy a pack of batteries (:

Backup Magic Remote

Works great. I haven't paid to remove ads yet, but I might because it's only useful for a primary remote if it didn't pops ads every time you need it.
Also I think the buttons could be laid out a little better and maybe have trackpad support for the Magic Remote TVs.
Finally I think it's great there's a number pad in this, because it's missing from the original remote's minimalist design.

Great idea, but the ads kill it

Nice layout and works well after the tv is powered on. But it doesn’t turn on the tv, still have to get up on a ladder to press the power button. And the ads are awful, pressing volume up and after I think 7 presses an ad pops up, you click it because you’re trying to keep bringing up the volume and now you have to close the ad, go back to the app and continue. Price is steep for what you get plus the money generated by the inadvertent ad clicks.
