Download and install the MasterCard Concierge app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MasterCard Concierge on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MasterCard Concierge"
The search will reveal the MasterCard Concierge app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MasterCard Concierge is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MasterCard Concierge.
Now enjoy MasterCard Concierge on PC.

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing MasterCard Concierge:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "MasterCard Concierge" » Click "Install" to install MasterCard Concierge
- MasterCard Concierge will now be available on your windows start-menu.

I also have the "Citi Double Cash" although it says "world elite" on the back but it allow me to use this app. However my "Capital One Quicksilver" is also a world elite and it does allow me to use the app. After a little research it seems there is a scam going on with the "Citi Double Cash" as they are being branded as world elite (higher fees) but are not actually giving the "world elite" benefits.

Like many other reviews I've read. I too am a Matercard Citi world elite card holder who has had the app before. I purchased a new phone and tried to reinstall the app and it wouldn't accept my card. I spent an hour being transferred to six different people who had no idea how to help me. Also, there is no custom support number for the app so I don't even know who to call. Very disappointed !!

App is a complete waste of your time. My Citi DoubleCash card CLEARLY states “World Elite” on the back above the the app logo. I called the app and they CONFIRMED that I was a World Elite cardholder. When I put my card information into the app, it says I am ineligible. Extremely misleading tactics by the app and Citi. Advertising benefits and not delivering on them is FRAUD.

I’m another world the app holder that can’t get in because the app won’t recognize my card number. This app is 2 years old and this seems like an issue that could have been fixed by now
