Checkout crashing

The application crashed after adding all my payment information (visa) & the price was deducted, without receiving a confirmation email nor the actual order! And after contacting the app(phone), all they can do is issue a complain then re-order my unprocessed order and I have to pay again in cash, or simply try again and pay the price again through the app. Please fix the checkout crashing...

Its absolutely fine. i don’t know what the other reviews are talking about as they probably have a problem with their app. But i have been using this app for 2 years now & no orders have failed me. Great app.

I am ordering from the app and it take more than 1h and half i try to call the call center and they inform me that my order been changed to other delivery area no experience at all
