    It’s been easy to use up until yesterday. Now it keeps crashing every time I take a pic of a receipt. Not sure how to get help. Grateful you have a number on app but so far I’m on my third agent. Is that because I selected the wrong prompt or they can’t help? Either way it’s been confusing. I’ve been on phone 10 minutes and still they ask me questions I can’t answer and they can’t help with.
