This app needs some major HELP

This app needs some help. I say this because I got a book and there is no words at all. I spent 1 hour setting this app up and this is what I get!!!!!! Maybe if I knew how to work this app but it gives me no help because it’s closed!?! When I think I am getting somewhere it kicks me out of the app. It drains your battery percentage by 70%. Overall this app is very confusing and personally I would not ever get this app again unless some major changes happen.
Needs more features

Needs a built in dictionary and ability to export books/files as well as import them Needs to be updated for iOS 12. Since the new iOS update, the book keeps flipping back to the beginning when you read or turn a page. Currently unusable as it is.
Absolute WORST e-reader app

Don’t do it. This app is a nightmare to deal with. The login process is a multistep nightmare that fails inexplicably. Book downloads are plagued by near-constant errors that often take hours to fix and often are never resolved. Additionally, if you try to access their help desk, it says it is no longer supported. Do NOT buy an e-book or download a galley that is available only through the app. You will spent hours trying to access it and likely never be able to. By far the worst e-reader app out there.
App can’t find library

I have several dozens of e-books (mostly in epub) that iBooks finds without fail, but this app doesn’t see them. What good is an e-reader app that can’t read e-books? This is is worthless. Don’t waste your time with it.
